Each year we take on a limited number of styled weddings so that we can provide our couples with the attention and dedication that their big day deserves.
We love bold and unique styling, a floral statement and a beautiful outdoor wedding. We do travel and absolutely love a destination celebration. Creating that full wedding day experience is what we do best.
Over the years we have put together a large range of on-trend furnishings and décor and we are continually adding pieces that complement our collection. We also love creating individual pieces that are uniquely ours.
While we would love to work with every couple, we can only take on a certain number of weddings each year. Because of this we prioritise Full Service Weddings, which include florals, furniture and décor. We will only take bookings and deposits up to 18 months from the wedding date (though we do keep a calendar beyond this to note future enquiries). If you are planning a large wedding please let us know as we do understand that these need to be booked further in advance.
Hire-only enquiries are generally considered from 12 months prior to the wedding date or once we have fully booked your date with a styled wedding. We do have a large range of furniture and décor available for hire so please send through these queries and we can advise our product availability.
We’d love to learn a little more about your plans before we continue the conversation. Please include as much information as you can in the form below so we can better understand your vision. Inspiration pictures are very much appreciated as we do also select weddings based on what fits our style offerings best.
We are happy to assist, suggest ideas, or take the lead when it comes to wedding day styling and design. If planning your wedding feels overwhelming, or you would simply like someone to bring all the details together, we can offer up a few styling pathways.
We understand that you may not yet know all of the details listed below though please fill in what you can, we do need a starting point. While we understand some couples prefer to start with a face-to-face discussion, this form gives us a helpful starting point.
Once we have reviewed your details we will be in contact about the next steps. Please note that we do receive a large number of enquiries so we may not reply straight away though please reach out if you feel you do need a quicker response. We also do not distribute a generic price list, as our range is extensive and each wedding is quoted individually.

Option 1 - I have a clear vision, I do not need styling assistance
You know exactly what you need and are ready to list the details below including quantities.
We will review your specific selections and prepare a tailored quote based on your requirements. If needed, we may suggest alternatives to ensure items are suitable for your venue or available on your date.
Note: We are unable to provide estimates without sufficient detail. If you require on-day setup assistance, floor plans must be provided.
Quote Basis: Quotes are based strictly on the information provided in this form. If details are limited, we may recommend moving to a consultation, or recommend you return to us once your concept is more formed.
Option 2 - Styling Consultation - $90 + GST
You have a general idea but would like professional guidance to bring your ideas together.
This option includes a 45-minute styling consultation with Lauren where she will review your ideas, venue, and vision to develop a cohesive concept before we prepare your final quote.
Option 3 - Basic Concept & Design - $500 + GST
You want a professional floral and styling concept with a more hands-off approach on the day.
We will create a tailored proposal and floor plans based on your vision. On the day, the setup is more streamlined and is completed by our expert team.
Includes:
60-minute Design Consultation.
Full Concept, Quoting, and Floor Plans.
Access to our Planning Hub (with planning tips, sheets, and resources).
A 30-minute follow-up "catch-up" session 6 months prior to your date.
Option 4 - Full Concept, Design, & On-Day Styling - $1200 + GST
Our full-service experience, where we oversee every detail from concept to execution.
Lauren is personally involved in every step, including on-day styling ensuring your wedding is executed to the highest standard. This option allows for deep collaboration and open communication throughout the entire process.
Every wedding is tailored to reflect your personal style, venue and overall vision, creating a celebration that feels uniquely yours.
Includes:
60-minute Full Consultation.
Lauren’s personal on-day presence and styling.
Access to our Planning Hub.
A 60-minute comprehensive review session 6 months prior to your date.
Flexibility for one major styling change and unlimited minor adjustments.
Communication: We love using socials (Instagram/Pinterest) to collaborate and share inspiration for this service level.

Please note:
If you select Option 2, 3, or 4, we will first perform a thorough review of your form. If we agree that we are the right fit for your wedding, we will send you a booking link to schedule your consultation.
For those moving forward with Option 3 or 4, the initial consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the total package fee.
